meow [08 Nov 2004|11:24pm] [ mood | content ] it has been a long time since i updated. but mom has been really busy working on this thing called a thesis. doesn't sound like fun to me. well, i am a lot bigger now. my tail is so long and i just love to play with it. i have started acting up at night and mom has to shut her bedroom door so she can sleep. i don't care though, i just love to play! oh and i now have a new favoirte food. potato chips. they are so yummy! i stole one from mom and fell in love. now whenever she has them, she gives me one or two little ones! yay! meow post comment

[30 Aug 2004|01:55am] mom got my soft paws today. they don't look like fun. the are gell caps that go on my claws. this is supposed to stop me from scratchin stuff! mom said that she and aunt whitney are going to try to put them on me this week! eekk! i will let you know how they go! 2 comments|post comment

[26 Aug 2004|01:26am] mom is bored and looked up what name means. it means goddess of wisdom and it is greek. my mom's name means worthy of love and her middle name means lily. what the fudge is a middle name? post comment

[24 Aug 2004|06:56pm] [ mood | crazy ] my mom is feeling better. for a couple of days she cried a lot. i felt really bad for her. one night mom was sleeping and i started to bite her feet. she didn't like that. she put me out of the room! about an hour later i started crying to be let in. she let me in and i behavied. mom was very proud of me. mom moved Harry. i can no longer play with him. he is in a cupboard until he can go to his new home this week. how unfair! ohh, my tail! meow! post comment

[21 Aug 2004|01:29am] [ mood | mischievous ] it has been a long time since i posted. my mom has been really sad lately. yesterday she found out that her dog Bandit (which is at her childhood home) died. She has had Bandit a lot longer than she has had me. 14yrs to be in fact. All my mom did was cry and even cried herself to sleep last night. Also, she was moving my enemy's (Harry) bowl yesterday and it shattered in her hand. Water and blood (mom's) went everywhere. I had fun playing in it! She had to move the bowl b/c i love to play in Harry's water. But he won't play with me. It was not a good day for my mom. today mom came home with stuff for me! she got me some more cat food, some jingle bell bals, a scrach post with mice on it and a spinning top on it. I really like the balls. I haven't paid much attention to the post b/c i am a cat and that is what we do. i hope my mom starts to feel happier. meow. 2 comments|post comment

My first entry [02 Aug 2004|02:52am] [ mood | good ] Hi! I am Minerva. I live in Asheville with my mom. even though she is a human i love her. i am only ten weeks old but i am fiesty. right now i miss my mom b/c she is in salisbury. she had to go away so she could go to some doctor appiontments. i don't know what a doctor is but my mom didn't seem happy about going. my aunt whintey is taking care of me while i am gone. i used to live with my aunt whitney. but her cat, Jara, didn't like me. so i came to live with my mom. at first i was scared but my mom was really sweet and loving. she lets me sleep on the bed and she feeds me water out of tuna cans whenever she has tuna. yawn. well i think it is time to go to sleep. it has been a hard day of eating, sleeping, and playing. post comment
